When a new Client is created, they are automatically tagged as a Lead. This occurs in the following situations:

Wallist allows you to filter and search clients based on their status, ensuring you can quickly access and manage your Leads and Active Clients separately. This helps you prioritize follow-ups and stay on top of your pipeline.

Track Lead Sources and Notes

Understanding where your leads come from is crucial for optimizing your marketing efforts. Wallist enables you to track lead sources by selecting from common options such as a Referral, Facebook, Google, and more. Additionally, you can define your own lead sources, making it easy to track custom sources like specific trade shows or advertising campaigns.

For even more detailed tracking, you can add custom notes to each lead. If a lead came from a Referral, you can document who referred them, ensuring you have a complete picture for future engagement.

Converting Leads into Active Clients

A lead will be converted to an active client status automatically when one of the following events occur:

  • You send them an invoice or they make a payment
  • They approve an estimate
  • You schedule a job with them
  • You start a subscription for them
