Reviews for Acreage Appliance Service

My wife and I bought a new house. It came woth brand new appliances. The dishwasher did not work. I call the company for a warranty fix, they set it up with Acherage. It was setup on a Thursday the appointment was the following Tuesday. The appointment time was between 1-5pm. 1:45 hits on that Tues, acherage calls me, leaves a message saying they didnt know what Whirlpool was doing f as they did not have any availability that day. I called them back 30min later to try and set up an appt. Np answer, left a message. I also then went on and sent an email to see about setting up an appointment. Almost 3 days later and still haven't heard anything from them. I'm also upset because they knew for 4 days they were booked up and couldn't call me sooner to let me know they couldn't make it out, nor did they call me earlier that Tues. They wait until about 45min after my appointment time to tell me they can't make it, and I still have yet to hear from them. Very unprofessional.
