I had been using 72" fork extensions on my 4000 lb Yale forklift. Extensions leave a lot to be desired so I looked around for 72" Class 2 forks. I looked at used forks, a little bent and a little rusty, for $800. to about $1200.00, but we lift a lot of loose equipment, and I wanted something more dependable. I looked at new forks, and the price was about $1200. to well over $2000.00 for a pair. I came across Ichinen and called Jim, who was great to speak with and very professional. I bought the 5" x 72" forks rated at a combined capacity of 7400 lbs. and I could not be more pleased. So happy I didn't try to go with used, and at the price I paid, there is no reason to.
