There pricing is great. Install cost is okay. My issue is Northern Connections knew from day one my install was not good. Five months later they say they will do a site visit and correct the issue. They always make an appointment, then never show up. I;ve gotten a human twice over five months calling them. Emailing them is useless too. Price does not matter when you are paying for a service and not getting it. The connection drops packets, lags, crazy high ping time like 200ms to 500ms for hours at a time. I can get the 100 download by never over 38mbs when I paid for 100mbs. Gaming is useless with the pings and packet drops - forget using a video calls or wifi calling. They seen to be ignoring people now for the last few months. I've switched back to Starlink...it works consistently.
